3. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Prices for services will be confirmed at the time of booking. Any additional costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances or changes in the scope of work will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

4. Payments

Payments for services must be made in full before the commencement of any work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and other electronic payment systems. Invoices will be issued, and payment terms will be clearly stated. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Customers can cancel their service request within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may incur charges equivalent to the costs incurred by Fire 360 up to the point of cancellation. Refunds are processed within 14 days of the cancellation request. Custom orders and special projects may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Maintenance and Support

Regular maintenance services are provided as per the agreed schedule outlined in the maintenance contract. Emergency support is available 24/7 for premium and enterprise packages. Standard package customers can access emergency support for an additional fee. Maintenance services include regular inspections, testing, and servicing of all fire safety and security equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations.

7. Warranty

All installations come with a 12-month warranty covering parts and labour. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or unauthorised modifications. Warranty claims must be reported to Fire 360 within the warranty period, and proof of purchase will be required.

8. Liability

Fire 360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or failure to provide services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. Fire 360 will not be held responsible for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
